We’ll work together to determine a schedule, appropriate levels of communication, frequency of access, and check-in cadence.

Engagement duration varies from short-term audit to 90-day sprint to an ongoing monthly engagement.

What resources do you have available?

I have a bank of tools appropriate for early-stage companies and a robust network that I can draw on if additional expertise is needed.

Do you use AI?

Privacy of client work and communications is paramount. I do not use AI notetakers unless requested. I will use AI tools only in broad strokes unless discussed with the client ahead of time, making sure no propriety information is fed into the algorithms.

What sort of quality assurance measures can you offer?

I cap the number of clients I work with at any given time to make sure my full attention and deliverables are focused entirely on who I’m currently working with.
